Uruguay became part of The Hague Apostille Convention, now any document does not require to be legalized by Embassy anymore.   Please contact the following companies authorized by MEA for the necessary apositille from the Indian authorities.:

After the “Apostille” is affixed to the document, it will be ready to be sent to Uruguay without any other requirement.
